MD | Make Disease Disappear.

Updated: Aug 14, 2022

In 2019, I had the privilege of being a 24/7 live-in carer, for an elderly gentleman challenged with the early onset of Alzheimer's. On my arrival, he was in a deep state of depression, having been relocated to the UK by his children in a quest for better care. He was silently resentful and unconvinced that this was in his best interests. He was obese, bed-ridden and on a cocktail of strong medications, which included insulin for sugar diabetes. It was a tragic situation and a monumental challenge.

I can proudly say, that in a matter of three-months, he was mobile, lean (at his ideal weight) and his blood sugar levels had returned to normal. Over a period of six months, his cocktail of medications was positively impacted. I can humbly say; he was thriving, he was happy.

This experience was pivotal in my awakening to the full potential of my gifts - my Little Voice was relentless, "Yours is the gift to care and heal".

I have over 20-years of experience as a Life and Business Coach. I have helped others achieve greatness through the determination of their mind and the brilliance of their brain. Neuroscience has been my toolbox. Energy work has been my primary 'professional hobby', something I did alongside coaching, as I could not deny my own life-changing experience with it. Twenty-plus years ago, there was no significant science supporting what was perceived as an 'eastern spiritual belief'.

Over the years, as I immersed myself in neuroscience, I realise energy work was so much more than just a 'belief system'. My 2019 live-in carer experience, an unplanned life event motivated by Brexit, brought together the missing pieces.

Bodygrid Therapy was given the energy flow of life.

I realised the power of nutrition, hydration, physical exercise, energy management and life-affirming mental health. Energy flow sits at the heart of every physical challenge, yet optimally managed, it DOES make disease disappear.

I salute Dr. Rangan Chatterjee, who at times, when I felt overwhelmed and hopeless, was one of the 'Voices' guiding me.
